What is HYROX?

HYROX is a fitness race that combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. 

 

HYROX classes provide a high-intensity workout that combines strength, endurance, and cardio. It's perfect for people who want to improve their fitness in a structured environment, prepare for a HYROX race, or just enjoy a challenging, full-body workout.

HYROX workouts at ATTIVA start with a group warmup followed by a WOD.

Class Environment:

  • Equipment: You’ll typically use various fitness equipment like sleds, kettlebells, rowing machines, ski ergs, medicine balls, and more.
