Barre

This class is a low impact workout. You will use muscular endurance by focusing on high repetitions and small, isometric movements.

Bodyweight Bootcamp

Combine cardio and strength intervals in this total body class. This class provides a total body workout, focusing equally on upper body, lower body, and core exercises. 

Cardio Dance

Get ready to groove and sweat with our Cardio Dance class! This high-energy workout combines easy-to-follow dance routines with cardiovascular training for a fun and effective way to boost your fitness.

Hardcore HIIT

This high intensity interval class combines elements of cardio and core movements. This class is sure to get your heart rate up and strengthen your abdomen, low back, and hips. 

HYROX Circuit Challenge

This high-intensity workout is designed to push your limits and help you achieve peak performance. Challenge includes a series of stations featuring movements like rowing, running, sled pushing, and wall balls. Each session is structured to build power, improve endurance, and enhance overall fitness.

HYROX Zones

Throughout the class, you'll rotate through specialized stations that include high-intensity cardio drills, strength-building exercises, and functional movements. Each zone is crafted to challenge you at various intensities, helping you improve your overall fitness and track your progress over time.

Mindful Motion

This class focuses on increasing your mobility, flexibility, and strength. Flow through various stretches, movements, and exercises to increase range of motion, mind-muscle connection, and muscular endurance. 

Pilates

This mat-work class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility.

PiYo

Experience the best of both worlds with our PiYo class, where the strength and flexibility of Pilates meets the flow and rhythm of yoga! This invigorating workout blends dynamic, low-impact movements to sculpt and tone your body while enhancing flexibility and balance.

Power Hour

The ultimate fusion of heart-pumping cardio and muscle-sculpting strength training! This dynamic workout is designed to maximize your calorie burn while building muscular strength for a comprehensive, full-body challenge.

Step Aerobics

This high-energy workout blends rhythmic step movements with cardiovascular training to give you a full-body burn that's as fun as it is effective. Using a sturdy step platform, you'll follow along with choreographed routines that challenge your coordination and build endurance.

Strictly Strength

A full-body, you guessed it - strength only - workout uses dumbbells, resistance bands, machines, etc. to increase muscular strength. 

Sunrise Yoga

This gentle yoga class will bring clarity, creativity, and peace-of-mind to your morning! 

Total Body Dumbbells

This comprehensive strength training session utilizes dumbbells to target every major muscle group, delivering a balanced and effective workout.
