Brooke received her degree in Dietetics from the University of Connecticut in 2015. She has privately coached clients through meal planning and the principles of nutrition for the last nine years. Brooke specializes in nutrition for weight loss and has coached hundreds of clients to lose weight and finally find balance in their daily lives. She boasts a track record of helping clients consistently lose 4-10 pounds per month. Her most successful client to date has lost over 100 pounds! The biggest compliment Brooke receives from her clients is that they do not feel as if they are on a "diet" and that they can see themselves continuing these habits for the long haul.
Brooke's meal plans are extremely easy to follow as she gives you 8 detailed options for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. All of the options are foods that you enjoy and that fit within your unique needs. You'll get an initial consultation, your detailed meal plan, and 4 weekly check ins for $249. Your weight and measurements will be taken at the initial consultation and then again on the Week 4 check in to assess your progress! Clients should expect to lose 4-10 pounds and up to 2% body fat per month.
